PSL initiated debt broking in the year 1996. To facilitate such transactions the Whole Sale Debt Market (WDM) membership of NSE was taken in 1997. Since 1999, the Government Securities market witnessed smart movements, which helped the Company to emerge as a significant player and record substantial volumes.
