Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Executive based in Kolkata. The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network administration, and ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization. The role involves installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing network problems, and offering day-to-day technical assistance to employees.
Desired personal Qualities :
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience in Windows Server, Linux, Cloud Infrastructure, Database and other relevant software
- Knowledge of Cyber Security trends and security protocols
- Knowledge of SEBI CSCRF, ISO 270001, Cert-In guidelines.
- Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA, MCSE, or CCNA) are a plus
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical assistance to employees and clients via remote or in-person

Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head – Finance & Accounts located in Kolkata. The Head – Finance & Accounts will oversee financial reporting, manage budgeting processes, prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to develop financial strategies to support the company’s goals. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, providing insights for decision-making, and leading the finance team.
Desired personal Qualities :
- Experience of handling accounts of stock broking and financial firms including finalization of accounts essential
- Understanding of advance accounting, regulatory issues and tax planning
- Excellent leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Exceptional verbal, written and visual communication skills
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the preparation and reporting of financial statements (e.g., income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs and investment opportunities.
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data and to prevent fraud and errors.
- Deal with Regulatory Authorities with all matters related to taxation including TDS, GST and filing of all Statutory Returns.
- Manage tax planning and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting teams.
- Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including the WTDs and Board of Directors.
- Oversee internal and external audits to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.
